Location: Remote – USA or Canada

Salary: $230,000–$240,000 CAD/USD per year

What you will do

• Unify TechOps organizations into a single global function with consistent processes, tooling, titles, and culture across ~150 employees.
• Drive infrastructure transformation: cloud modernization, operational excellence (SLAs, incident management, DR/BC), and automation/observability to reduce MTTR.
• Own production technology operations including on-prem and cloud data centers, networking, virtualization, container orchestration, operating systems, and databases.
• Lead desktop technology operations and AI enablement, including enterprise adoption of AI-powered tools and agentic workflows.
• Optimize enterprise systems portfolio (NetSuite, Coupa, Workday, Salesforce) and manage vendor relationships and total cost of ownership.
• Run quarterly planning and deliver transparency via dashboards and reporting for release schedules, capacity allocation, and infrastructure health.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive infrastructure technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a VP or senior director role overseeing large, globally distributed infrastructure teams.
• Proven success transforming infrastructure organizations in multi-entity or post-acquisition environments.
• Deep expertise in data center operations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, virtualization, container orchestration, and database management.
• Strong experience with enterprise systems (NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Coupa) in complex multi-business-unit environments.
• Demonstrated operational excellence frameworks experience (ITIL, SRE practices, DevOps methodologies) and strong conviction about AI-assisted tools and automation.
