What you will do

• Own the end-to-end experimentation program for CRM, loyalty, and marketing across all lines of business.
• Establish the measurement foundation including lifecycle metrics and performance dashboards.
• Partner with LOB leaders to translate business questions into crisp, quantitative answers.
• Develop segmentation, targeting, and propensity models to drive real-world campaigns.
• Collaborate with Data & Identity engineering to shape the customer data model for better experimentation.
• Implement AI-native tooling and coding agents to accelerate the analytical workflow.

Requirements

• Experience running rigorous experimentation programs for consumer products at scale.
• Proficiency in marketing, lifecycle, and loyalty analytics.
• Ability to operate in a cross-functional environment serving multiple business lines.
• Deep integration of modern AI tooling and coding agents into your daily analytical workflow.
• Combination of startup agility and big-tech experience at consumer scale.
• Must be located in or be able to relocate to the US (Bay Area or NYC).
