About the Role

You will design, launch, and analyze controlled experiments to validate product bets and drive ship/iterate/kill decisions. You will translate complex product and customer data into clear narratives that influence the roadmap and business outcomes. You will define north-star metrics, build data models and dashboards, and own instrumentation governance, QA, and anomaly detection so teams can trust the numbers.

Requirements

• Ownership mindset in instrumentation and data pipelines
• Experiment design and causal inference expertise
• Advanced SQL modeling skills
• Data storytelling and stakeholder influence
• Applied AI fluency

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze controlled experiments
• Translate product and customer data into actionable insights
• Define and maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards
• Specify, QA, and monitor event tracking and instrumentation
• Author tests and anomaly alerts to ensure data reliability
• Write modular, tested SQL models and contribute to codebase
