Location: Must reside in one of the following US states: Alabama, California, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or West Virginia. Occasional travel to client sites required.
Salary: $53,833 - $73,000 (Prorated for part-time)

What you will do
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners and engineering leads to refine the product backlog and ensure technical clarity.
- Coach developers and QA engineers on Agile best practices and self-organization.
- Remove technical and organizational blockers to ensure efficient delivery of product increments.
- Track sprint progress using metrics like velocity and burndown charts.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, QA, and DevOps teams to maintain code quality and timelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework in technical environments.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
- Experience with SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
- Must be based in one of the 16 approved US states listed in location.
Nice to have
- Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM).
- Background in software engineering, QA, or technical project management.
- Experience with cloud-based or microservices architectures.
- Knowledge of scaling frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
