Salary: $53,833 - $73,000 (Prorated for part-time)

What you will do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners and engineering leads to refine the product backlog and ensure technical clarity.
• Coach developers and QA engineers on Agile best practices and self-organization.
• Remove technical and organizational blockers to ensure efficient delivery of product increments.
• Track sprint progress using metrics like velocity and burndown charts.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, QA, and DevOps teams to maintain code quality and timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework in technical environments.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Experience with SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Must be based in one of the 16 approved US states listed in location.

Nice to have

• Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM).
• Background in software engineering, QA, or technical project management.
• Experience with cloud-based or microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of scaling frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
