What you will do

• Lead customer enablement and technical onboarding for the Mine Platform.
• Translate customer operational needs into product requirements and roadmap inputs.
• Develop deployment standards, reference architectures, and technical best practices.
• Guide customers through networking, security, and Kubernetes-based platform integrations.
• Oversee secure configuration of networking, access control, identity management, and data flows.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and cybersecurity teams to prioritize feature development.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Tucson, Arizona, USA
• 5+ years of experience in technical roles such as IT, technical product ownership, or customer enablement.
• Strong expertise in enterprise and industrial networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster architecture, Helm, and container orchestration.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles including Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, and PKI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of secure cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS, Azure).
• Experience in mining, heavy industry, industrial automation, or IIoT environments.
• Master’s degree in a technical field.
