Customer Success Engineer (Federal)

Customer Success Engineer (Networking): Providing post-sales technical leadership and subject matter expertise for Federal clients to ensure the adoption of the network digital twin platform with an accent on network visibility, verification, and security. Focus on resolving complex technical issues, guiding customers through adoption stages, and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams.

Location: Maryland, USA. TS/SCI with a CI Clearance Required.

Salary: $260,000–$290,000/yr (base + bonus)

What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise to ensure successful ongoing usage and adoption of hirify.global technologies.
• Take ownership of post-sales technical issues and work with cross-functional teams to document resolutions.
• Guide customers through various adoption stages of the hirify.global Platform.
• Collaborate with internal Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Perform occasional travel to customer locations (less than 10% of the time).

Requirements

• TS/SCI with a CI Clearance is mandatory.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent educational experience.
• 5+ years of customer-facing post-sales experience at a networking company or as a network engineer for large enterprises or government agencies.
• Strong understanding of networking and security fundamentals.
• Experience with multiple network vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet).
• Superior presentation and communication skills for needs analysis and business justification.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or VCDX.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Working knowledge of API-driven workflows and scripting languages such as Python, bash, jq, or graphql.
