What you will do

• Support clients in crisis and transformation, focusing on business efficiency, large-scale transformations, and target operating models.
• Lead balance sheet and restructuring efforts, including capital, liquidity, funding, and entity-level restructurings.
• Advise on risk and regulation at the intersection of transformation, financial crime, and geopolitical risks.
• Drive data, technology, and AI transformations for financial institutions.
• Provide transaction advisory, including due diligence and value creation at both entity and portfolio levels.
• Manage event-driven crises such as fraud, cyber incidents, hostile takeovers, or regulatory interventions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or finance.
• Significant experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Leader, or Senior Manager at a major consulting firm serving financial services clients.
• Proven track record of leading consulting teams on complex engagements, managing timelines, and developing trusted client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations and memos.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to clients and FTI offices.
