What you will do

• Architect modern technology architectures and enterprise capabilities supporting clients' strategic goals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery on transformation programs, managing quality and client expectations.
• Advise C-level stakeholders on technology futures and build trusted relationships.
• Guide responsible adoption of data and AI into enterprise capabilities.
• Identify business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and shape market presence.
• Develop team by removing blockers, sharing knowledge, and fostering inclusive culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years at business-technology intersection in multiple contexts.
• Hands-on fluency in modern technologies: AI, cloud, APIs, enterprise architecture.
• Ability to translate business problems into architectural directions appealing to CFOs and CTOs.
• Strong communication to simplify complex ideas for boardrooms and engineering teams.
• Collaborative influence to align stakeholders through listening and building trust.
• Commitment to inclusive leadership, curiosity, and meaningful impact considering environmental and social effects.

Nice to have

• Experience in consultancy, agency, or professional services.
• Background in operating model design, digital portfolio management, or enterprise-scale AI strategy.
