What you will do

• Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries to ensure financial data integrity.
• Support month-end close processes and generate financial reports.
• Analyze general ledger accounts and investigate variances.
• Assist with internal and external audits and participate in special financial projects.
• Provide financial analysis and support to cross-functional business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional accounting or finance experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS standards and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• English proficiency required (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
• Must be based in El Salto, Mexico for full-time onsite work.
