What you will do

• Validate and process hardware, software, subscription, and professional services orders.
• Ensure system configuration and pricing align with customer contracts and corporate policies.
• Generate accurate customer invoices and manage billing triggers in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with hardware suppliers and logistics teams to track shipment dates.
• Resolve outstanding accounts receivable and collection issues.
• Analyze workflow trends to identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico City (Hybrid setup)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
