What you will do

• Prepare, review, and consolidate accounting reports under US GAAP and multi-currency environments.
• Manage month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis for Brazil and LATAM.
• Execute monthly SOX controls and provide necessary documentation for annual external audits.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations by preparing and submitting ECD and ECF reporting.
• Collaborate with regional and global controllership and audit teams to ensure financial integrity.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve accounting and reporting processes using Oracle ERP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory).
• Active CRC license (Non-Graduate) required.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP reporting and Brazilian local accounting.
• Proven experience with SOX controls and external audits.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel.
