What you will do

• Lead the creation of user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that align user needs with business goals.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Translate behavioral data and user insights into actionable design strategies aligned with KPIs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, content, legal, and compliance teams to deliver scalable and high-quality experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and ADA-compliant solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing user-centered digital products, ideally in complex or regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Professional fluency in English for presenting and handling complex discussions with global stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UX solutions (mandatory).
• Experience designing solutions within regulated environments or B2B2C models.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with integrating AI-driven features or AI-powered user experiences.
• Experience leading design workshops, co-creation sessions, and design critiques.
