What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas from discovery to delivery.
• Design structured user flows, interaction models, and high-fidelity prototypes for data-heavy workflows.
• Plan and execute mixed-method user research to inform design directions and product decisions.
• Influence product vision and roadmap priorities using evidence-based insights and structured thinking.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to ensure design quality and alignment.
• Contribute to shared design systems and promote inclusive, accessible design practices.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Kingston, UK
• Strong experience designing complex, data-heavy, or compliance-driven software.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including high-fidelity prototyping.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end design and conduct independent user research.
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed teams within a large organization.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, problem framing, and decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-enabled features and evaluating AI-supported user experiences.
• Deep understanding of tax or accounting domain workflows.
