What you will do

• Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the AI framework and agentic workflow platform.
• Define the LLM ops framework for cost monitoring, usage metrics, and performance tracking.
• Bridge the gap between data science capabilities and engineering infrastructure to ensure tools are production-ready.
• Prioritize the backlog for agent orchestration, prompt management, and evaluation pipelines.
• Establish governance, security, and auditing requirements for agentic systems.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leaders and commercial partners.

Requirements

• Experience delivering platform or infrastructure product areas, ideally in AI/ML, data platforms, or developer tooling.
• Working knowledge of LLM operations and agent orchestration patterns (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen).
• Ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of observability and cost management for production AI/ML systems.
• Experience in an evolving SaaS, platform, or infrastructure product environment.
