What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact value creation opportunities across the enterprise in partnership with the CTO and executive leadership.
• Translate strategic opportunities into clearly defined initiatives, including financial targets, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead the design and execution of cross-functional transformation workstreams, removing barriers and accelerating decision-making.
• Establish and operate Transformation Office governance, including tracking frameworks, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Partner with business and functional leaders to ensure ownership, align resources, and drive accountability.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performance team focused on analytical rigor and speed of execution.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, complex program management, or operational leadership.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or operational improvement programs.
• Strong financial and analytical capability with expertise in building business cases and quantifying value.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives within matrixed organizations through influence.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Experience in private equity portfolio operations.
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration experience.
• Experience in technology-enabled operations or infrastructure businesses.
