What you will do

• Act as a capability force multiplier by teaching teams to utilize advanced prompting, low-code AI builders, and automated workflows.
• Co-build acceleration ehirify.globalperiments and lightweight applications in partnership with Legal, Finance, and People Ops.
• Drive real-world trials using actual business data to push the boundaries of AI utility while adhering to corporate guardrails.
• Design a cohesive AI ecosystem to prevent the creation of fragmented and unshareable app silos.
• Instigate a future-forward culture by promoting a growth-oriented mindset toward AI tool adoption.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a PhD or Master's in AI, Computer Science, MBA, Change Management, or a relevant field.
• Must be based in or able to work from hirify.global's headquarters in Mountain View, CA.
• Ehirify.globalperimental mindset with a strong focus on rapid implementation, learning, and pivoting.
• Familiarity with LLMs, low-code/no-code builders, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Ehirify.globalceptional stakeholder management skills to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical functions.

• Portfolio of scrappy automation projects, agents, or apps created to solve manual process inefficiencies.
