What you will do

• Develop a document ingestion and extraction pipeline for complex engineering PDFs.
• Implement cross-document comparison logic to surface mismatched parameters and checklist gaps.
• Build a reviewer-facing interface that links flags to specific source snippets and page sections.
• Own the full product lifecycle from structured extraction to the final reviewer experience.
• Collaborate with domain experts to identify high-cost engineering misses and define trust requirements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Document AI, PDF extraction, and cross-document reasoning.
• Ability to build systems for regulated environments where traceability and citations are critical.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and modern AI development tools.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Capability to build functional reviewer workflows rather than pure backend demos.

Nice to have

• Experience in AEC, utilities, legal tech, or compliance tooling.
• Expertise in scanned PDF table extraction and audit trails.
• Founder or founding engineer experience in workflow-heavy B2B software.
