What you will do
- Build a multimodal ingestion pipeline for text, images, video, and transcripts.
- Develop a generation system that produces platform-native outputs across three or more channels.
- Implement a brand voice memory and control layer to ensure coherence across formats.
- Create a review workflow allowing operators to steer AI outputs instead of accepting generic results.
- Build evaluation loops around output quality, channel fit, and modality consistency.
- Collaborate with the build team on technical architecture and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Strong product engineering skills with experience shipping multimodal or content-heavy AI systems.
- Hands-on familiarity with transcription, generation, retrieval, or publishing workflows.
- US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Ability to move quickly from MVP to usable operator workflows.
- Proficiency with AI coding assistants and modern GenAI tools to accelerate execution.
- Must be based within commuting distance from Mountain View, CA.
Nice to have
- Experience in social media tooling, creator tools, or marketing infrastructure.
- Experience with video clipping, audio or transcript pipelines, or content QA systems.
- Founder or founding engineer experience in workflow software.
