What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for hirify.global platforms, including Connect and Salesforce.
• Resolve advanced supplier inquiries regarding billing, compliance, audits, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal Risk, Billing, and QHSE teams to streamline cross-functional processes.
• Support the onboarding, mentoring, and training of new RTW representatives.
• Manage proactive compliance campaigns and verify supplier data with third-party agents.
• Track and optimize performance metrics including CSAT and service level KPIs.

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in supplier support, customer service, or compliance operations.
• Experience within a SaaS or risk management environment.
• Proven expertise in document review workflows and customer support.
• Must be available for 100% attendance during the 8-week training period starting June 8, 2026.
