What you will do
- Resolve advanced supplier inquiries related to billing, compliance, audit, and onboarding.
- Act as a subject matter expert for platforms, including Connect and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal Risk, Billing, and QHSE teams to streamline cross-functional processes.
- Verify supplier compliance data by coordinating with third-party insurance agents and audit professionals.
- Support the onboarding and training of new representatives through mentoring and shadowing.
- Track and meet key performance metrics, including CSAT scores and service levels.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in supplier support, customer service, or compliance operations.
- Experience working within a SaaS or risk management environment.
- Must be within a commutable distance to the Calgary office for the hybrid schedule.
- 100% attendance required for 8 weeks of training starting June 8, 2026 (Mon-Fri, 9 am-6 pm Mountain time).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
