What you will do

• Identify and eliminate production barriers to improve tactical execution within wafer fabs.
• Execute process lockouts and interpret Lot Dispatch to manage wafer movement and WIP.
• Monitor and control Critical Queue Time (CQT) loops to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Coordinate tool and loop downtime in collaboration with various modules.
• Analyze segment graphs and factory reports to optimize line utilization and velocity metrics.
• Support effective Hot Box lot movement to achieve production goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Minimum: HS/GED with 5+ years of operations experience, OR Associate degree with 3+ years of operations experience, OR 3+ years of military experience, OR 2+ years of experience with wafer fabrication production systems.
• Understanding of production systems and queue management.
• Proficiency in factory tools such as FSUI, Redwing, and COS dashboards.
• Ability to work a compressed work week consisting of 12-hour swing shifts.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
