What you will do
- Identify and eliminate production barriers to improve tactical execution within wafer fabs.
- Execute process lockouts and interpret Lot Dispatch to manage wafer movement and WIP.
- Monitor and control Critical Queue Time (CQT) loops to ensure quality expectations are met.
- Coordinate tool and loop downtime in collaboration with various modules.
- Analyze segment graphs and factory reports to optimize line utilization and velocity metrics.
- Support effective Hot Box lot movement to achieve production goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
- Minimum: HS/GED with 5+ years of operations experience, OR Associate degree with 3+ years of operations experience, OR 3+ years of military experience, OR 2+ years of experience with wafer fabrication production systems.
- Understanding of production systems and queue management.
- Proficiency in factory tools such as FSUI, Redwing, and COS dashboards.
- Ability to work a compressed work week consisting of 12-hour swing shifts.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
