• Optimize development workflows for engineers working on training and inference frameworks
• Collaborate with Workload teams to address specific productivity needs
• Improve iteration speed, including team-specific CI optimizations
• Enhance reliability through testing strategies for key components
• Tackle long-tail issues to build delightful libraries and systems for researchers

Requirements

• Motivated by helping others and improving team productivity without ego
• Strong belief in developer experience and quick iteration on codebases
• Proactive in fixing issues end-to-end, from observation to PR merge
• Pragmatic approach to prioritizing problems
• Enjoy end-to-end co-design understanding users and systems
• Experience working with Python
