What you will do

• Execute remote hands services, including reboots, media swaps, and physical-layer tasks
• Install, test, and maintain structured copper and fiber cabling and cross-connect infrastructure
• Monitor security and environmental alarms and perform regular site rounds
• Maintain accurate documentation for connectivity paths and capacity tracking
• Support network hardware readiness through rack-and-stack and optic swaps
• Ensure data center cleanliness and follow secure access and escort procedures

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (Unable to sponsor or transfer visas, including CPT/OPT)
• 2+ years of experience in data center operations, cabling, or telecom
• Proficiency with copper and fiber media, patching, and cable testing tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 3rd shift (Wednesday - Saturday, 10:00pm - 8:00am) and participate in on-call rotations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
