What you will do

• Drive North American DTC revenue by optimizing site metrics and analyzing customer behavior to meet sales goals.
• Lead North American site operations through a platform migration, coordinating with Digital Product and IT teams.
• Supervise and mentor the eCommerce Specialist (Stock Planner) and eCommerce Content Specialist.
• Optimize the online product catalog and coordinate timely product launches and pricing across global teams.
• Execute strategies to improve user experience and boost conversion rates through A/B experiments.
• Monitor and report on KPIs (traffic, CVR, AOV, bounce rate) using Google Analytics 4 to generate actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with direct responsibility for an online store.
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and BigCommerce, including PIM systems and site search tools.
• Proficiency in GA4 and other analytics/dashboard tools to monitor performance trends.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing channels (SEM, email, social).

Nice to have

• Experience managing website re-platforming or major eCommerce projects.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
