Salary: $95,500 – $103,200

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day platform performance, configuration, and enhancement prioritization for Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Translate promotional review business and compliance needs into clear system requirements.
- Optimize submission standards, review routing, and approval processes to improve speed-to-market.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and IT stakeholders to drive platform adoption.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor review performance and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams and external agencies on system best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats within a pharmaceutical or biotech organization.
- Strong understanding of promotional material review (MLR/PRC/PMR) processes in regulated environments.
- Ability to operate as a platform lead, translating business needs into system solutions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and IT teams.
- Must be located in or able to work onsite in Rahway, NJ.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting global or regional promotional review models.
- Familiarity with digital asset management, modular content, or content reuse strategies.
- Experience contributing to system upgrades, releases, or process transformation initiatives.
