What you will do

• Lead day-to-day platform performance, configuration, and enhancement prioritization for Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Translate promotional review business and compliance needs into clear system requirements.
• Optimize submission standards, review routing, and approval processes to improve speed-to-market.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and IT stakeholders to drive platform adoption.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor review performance and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams and external agencies on system best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats within a pharmaceutical or biotech organization.
• Strong understanding of promotional material review (MLR/PRC/PMR) processes in regulated environments.
• Ability to operate as a platform lead, translating business needs into system solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and IT teams.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Rahway, NJ.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global or regional promotional review models.
• Familiarity with digital asset management, modular content, or content reuse strategies.
• Experience contributing to system upgrades, releases, or process transformation initiatives.
