Salary: $96,900–$118,400 annually (Target Range).

What you will do

• Develop, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models to identify member behaviors and attrition risks.
• Lead methodology design for A/B tests to evaluate marketing and engagement initiatives.
• Translate complex analytical findings into compelling narratives and visualizations for strategic decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define business problems and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain complex datasets using Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Monitor model performance and optimize for accuracy and business value.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data science, with at least 1 year in a business or industry setting.
• Proficiency in Python or R for building, testing, and deploying models.
• Working knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
