What you will do

• Conduct investigative analytics to identify emerging fraud trends for TelCo clients using cross-industry consortium data.
• Co-build custom fraud detection models with clients, guiding them through proprietary analytics environments and methodologies.
• Translate ambiguous client questions into well-defined hypotheses and independently execute analytical plans.
• Define and implement a repeatable, scalable proof-of-value process to demonstrate the consortium's value.
• Build reusable tools, templates, and analytical frameworks to enable consistent delivery as the offering grows.
• Collaborate with the product team as an expert user to influence the development roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Electrical Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
• Deep expertise in machine learning and hands-on experience across the full modeling lifecycle.
• Strong Python skills (PySpark, Polars, NumPy, Pandas) and familiarity with Spark and AWS.
• Experience in consulting or advisory roles, building credibility with technical and executive audiences.
• Must be based in the USA and willing to travel periodically for on-site client workshops.
