What you will do

• Lead and manage the Patient and Family Coordinator team through guidance, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Oversee scheduling and support analysts to optimize patient booking and minimize time to care.
• Monitor patient and family engagement throughout the scheduling process to facilitate their journey.
• Manage quality assurance for scheduling protocols, regulatory compliance, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, and operations teams to optimize resource allocation.
• Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track team performance and identify improvement trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, specifically in patient scheduling.
• Proven track record in process optimization and customer service prioritization.
• Experience in staff training, direct supervision, and performance management.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Ability to leverage AI and automation for task management and process improvement.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
