What you will do

• Automate IT systems, configurations, deployments, and updates using scripting languages and workflow automation platforms.
• Develop automation workflows for IT user provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, and policy enforcement.
• Create and maintain integrations between IdPs, MDMs, and business systems.
• Lead organization-wide IT infrastructure initiatives, including migrations and system implementations.
• Monitor systems and resolve operational issues through automated remediation and expert-level troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to ensure all regulatory and security requirements are met.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar system automation, administration, or engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and IAM principles.
• Experience with IdP platforms (e.g., Okta, Entra ID) and workflow tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n).
• Familiarity with SaaS administration and API automation (Google Workspace, M365, Jira, Slack, Jamf, Intune).
• Proven ability to act as a technical lead for cross-team infrastructure projects.
