Designer (UI/UX)

TL;DR

Designer (UI/UX): Developing creative concepts and visual designs for digital experiences with an accent on multi-channel application and social media content. Focus on translating strategy into high-fidelity visuals, retouching assets, and ensuring quality across diverse digital platforms.

Location: Must be based in Cincinnati (Hybrid - minimum 3 days a week in office). Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder) to obtain Level 2 Security Clearance.

What you will do

• Design solutions that align with strategic objectives across multiple digital channels including paid social and digital out-of-home.
• Ideate and create content specifically for social platforms.
• Retouch, edit, and produce photo and video assets.
• Assist in art direction by creating mood boards and storyboards.
• Provide quality assurance on all creative deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams, account managers, and project managers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional design and interactive work experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual, interactive, and graphic design skills.
• Solid working knowledge of Figma and Photoshop.
• Experience designing for social media platforms.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card) required for security clearance.
• Ability to work from the Cincinnati office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with UI and UX design.
• Motion graphics skills for web and video.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Illustrator.
• Experience working on advertising campaigns.
