What you will do

• Concept and design materials based on strategic plans from account teams, including presentations, websites, and training resources.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and production teams to execute projects from start to finish.
• Delegate tasks to senior graphic designers, review and critique their work to maintain creative standards.
• Provide production specifications, review materials, and ensure timely completion within deadlines.
• Present ideas internally and to clients, offering multiple solutions and incorporating feedback.

Requirements

• Location: Must be in United States for remote work or NYC office
• Bachelor's degree in advertising or graphic design; pharma experience a plus.
• 4+ years as Art Director in a creative department.
• Expertise in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint; Mac/PC knowledge.
• Strong creative thinking, leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, and self-starter mindset.
• Extensive client contact and presentation skills; passion for health/science trends.
