What you will do

• Lead the strategy for AI-assisted test automation to accelerate design, authoring, and triage.
• Own the automation platform, scalable frameworks, and governance across APIs and UI.
• Manage automated coverage and risk reporting (unit, integration, e2e) to ensure release readiness.
• Maintain CI automation health, including pipelines and containers, to shorten feedback loops.
• Mentor engineers and drive the adoption of consistent quality practices across teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on quality engineering and test automation.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience building automation for APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Proven ability to apply AI/LLM tools to scale automation and failure triage while implementing guardrails.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and based in Atlanta, GA.

• Experience with modern test frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Experience with ElasticSearch, SQL, and performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Locust).
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
