What you will do

• Lead a development team to deliver highly available, scalable, and performant cloud services.
• Maintain deep understanding of domain, products, and iTwin architecture.
• Set high standards for code quality, delivery excellence, and service uptime (SLA).
• Identify improvements for engineering organization processes and drive changes.
• Make data-driven decisions on priorities, costs, and architecture for product adoption.
• Partner with Product Management, UX, and leadership for strategy alignment and commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in software development and cloud-native services in multi-region environments.
• Strong leadership skills managing globally diverse development teams.
• Deep DevOps knowledge and understanding of complex technical issues including multi-cloud.
• Outcome-oriented with strategic thinking, effective communication, and coaching mindset.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to seek/adapt new knowledge and trends.
