What you will do

• Design interior and exterior lighting, building power distribution, emergency power, and fire alarm systems for healthcare facilities.
• Prepare and modify reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, and permits for assigned projects.
• Utilize computer-assisted engineering and design software to create technical engineering documents.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers as a team member and observer to learn professional practices.
• Maintain client communication pertaining to specific project requirements.
• Research and apply state-of-the-art designs and local state/local regulations.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited school.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Tampa, FL.
• Past experience through co-op or summer internships is helpful.

Nice to have

• Engineer in Training (E.I.T) certification.
