What you will do

• Develop and execute the national education adoption strategy for K-20 in Vietnam to grow individual usage.
• Lead local initiatives across marketing, content, and product teams to drive awareness, onboarding, and activation.
• Design and deliver education-focused onboarding programs to embed Canva into everyday teaching and learning workflows.
• Translate local educator and student needs into actionable feedback for global product, content, and localisation teams.
• Build and nurture non-commercial partnerships with schools, NGOs, and educator communities.
• Collaborate with B2B Education Sales teams to support institutional pilots and activations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience growing markets or programs in education, SaaS, or consumer tech.
• Deep familiarity with Vietnam’s education ecosystem across K-12 and higher education.
• Proven track record of working with educators, students, and government bodies to scale adoption.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical approach to turning data into insights and actionable growth strategies.
