Location: USA, NC, works from home (remote), quarterly travel to facilities and customer accounts

Salary: $54,100 - $71,900 USD

What you will do

• Serve as primary contact for waste disposal inquiries, pricing, and service coordination with customers and sales managers.
• Manage customer onboarding, waste profiles, manifests, and documentation for compliance.
• Review lab analyses, SDSs, and waste characterizations to ensure proper classification and disposal.
• Troubleshoot service issues, coordinate with operations, logistics, and billing for timely execution.
• Build relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and support sales in expanding business.
• Travel quarterly to hirify.global facilities and customer sites with sales managers.

Requirements

• 2+ years in waste/environmental industry or customer/account management
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field preferred
• Experience reviewing SDSs, lab results, and waste profiles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
