TL;DR
CRM & Revenue Systems Manager (HubSpot/Stripe): Map and optimize the full customer journey from lead to renewal with an accent on automation, data cleanup, and revenue performance reporting. Focus on identifying bottlenecks, building scalable solutions, and aligning marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days in the office in Dublin)
Salary: €75,000 – €80,000

What you will do
- Own HubSpot across marketing, sales, and service
- Manage and improve HubSpot-Stripe integration
- Map and optimise full customer journey (lead → sale → renewal)
- Build automations to eliminate manual work
- Create reporting for funnel and revenue performance
- Clean data, structure lifecycle stages, improve segmentation
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable fixes
- Run experiments to boost conversion, retention, revenue
- Align CRM data with finance and actual revenue
Requirements
- 5+ years in CRM/RevOps/systems roles
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, reporting, structure)
- Experience with Stripe or similar payment systems
- Background in e-commerce or online sales
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle and funnel optimisation
- Experience building time-saving automations
- Strong analytical mindset using data for decisions
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, etc.)
