Location: Remote or Mississauga (team across Canada and the U.S. with occasional meetups)

Salary: $76,500–$85,000 CAD/year + bonus + benefits (all Canadian locations)

Remote-first Revenue Enablement team providing end-to-end support for onboarding, training, and content operations, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services.

What you will do

  • Support strategic initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting processes, testing updates, and identifying workflow improvements.
  • Maintain revenue systems like Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Showpad, and LinkedIn Navigator, ensuring data quality, consistent processes, and efficiency.
  • Develop and update training materials, playbooks, and documentation; coordinate enablement sessions for tool adoption.
  • Assist change management by rolling out tools/processes, gathering feedback, and tracking adoption metrics.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of business workflows and interest in process improvements.
  • Basic proficiency in data interpretation and actionable insights.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM) and at least one other revenue tool (e.g., Gainsight, Gong, Power BI).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and translating business needs into solutions.
  • Experience driving adoption via training, communication, and feedback.

Nice to have

  • Connecting improvements to revenue growth and goals.
  • Comfort with data flows, integrations, and system architecture.
  • Experience in enablement efforts like creating training materials or sessions.
