TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SLED): Driving long-term value and growth within state, local government, and education accounts with an accent on public sector IT modernization and cybersecurity. Focus on managing complex sales cycles, navigating government procurement processes, and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Location: Hybrid in-office in Tampa, FL or Austin, TX (4 days per week). This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of SLED clients to ensure retention and drive account growth.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to government IT leaders, helping them navigate budget constraints and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by aligning RMM, cybersecurity, and automation solutions with client initiatives.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to navigate RFPs, cooperative purchasing agreements, and public sector contracts.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track opportunities, forecast revenue, and manage customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling IT solutions to state and local governments or education institutions.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, budget cycles, and compliance regulations.
  • Experience expanding accounts in SLED markets through consultative selling.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM best practices.
  • Must be able to work from the Tampa, FL or Austin, TX office 4 days per week.
