What you will do

• Define behavioral success frameworks, including leading and lagging indicators and measurement cadence.
• Analyze usage patterns and engagement signals to identify adoption drivers and friction points.
• Design and build adoption dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Partner with data and engineering teams to model adoption datasets in Snowflake.
• Establish governance for adoption reporting, including metric definitions and data quality checks.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Support, and Industry Partners to align on adoption insights.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, software engineering, or AI.
• Extensive experience analyzing user behavior, engagement, or digital adoption data.
• Hands-on proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Strong ability to define KPIs and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proven ability to develop innovative products and manage strategic roadmaps.
