What you will do

• Architect analytics transformation layers to serve as a single source of truth for reporting, BI, and data science.
• Own the complete analytics lifecycle, from requirements gathering to the delivery of scalable dashboards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic and functional needs into automated data solutions.
• Develop compelling dashboards and analytical narratives to communicate insights to diverse audiences.
• Design standardized, reusable business metrics and data models to enable deep-dive self-service analysis.
• Apply software engineering principles such as version control, modular design, and performance optimization to analytics infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or advanced analytics.
• Expert-level SQL skills with experience building production-grade models in Snowflake or Databricks.
• Strong experience designing scalable analytics layers for BI and operational reporting.
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into impactful technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
