What you will do

• Research and develop generative AI technology to disrupt the contact center industry.
• Build and deploy ML models from conception to production using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and AWS SageMaker.
• Design and implement state-of-the-art Agentic AI based systems.
• Collaborate with senior technical and business leaders across AWS to distill insights from huge datasets.
• Iterate quickly on prototypes to create scalable and resilient AI systems.

Requirements

• PhD, or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, or related fields.
• Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.
• Record of patents or publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, or distributed computing.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux.
• Experience in professional software development.
