TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (Must be local or willing to relocate)

What you will do

  • Architect and own the end-to-end GTM strategy and messaging for the product portfolio to maximize adoption and revenue.
  • Lead cross-functional task forces to resolve high-impact business challenges, including manual process gaps and automation transitions.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and core narratives for new product launches and pricing/packaging changes.
  • Own adoption, activation, and engagement targets, leveraging analytics to identify gaps and recommend growth actions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to inform the product roadmap based on customer insights.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to ensure robust and impactful product launches through effective project management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience within sports, streaming, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing successful go-to-market plans.
  • Expertise in messaging and positioning frameworks, customer segmentation, and narrative construction.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools to translate insights into strategic direction.
  • Must be local to Austin, TX or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

  • MS/MBA in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills for executive stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical skills in market research and guiding marketing experiments.
