What you will do

• Define and execute end-to-end GTM strategy for Prediction Markets and Trading across global markets.
• Partner with Product Leads to shape roadmap priorities based on user behavior and competitive trends in sports betting and gambling.
• Lead product and feature launches with tailored narratives for bettors, sports fans, and market speculators.
• Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives to increase awareness, activation, and repeat usage across product funnels.
• Collaborate with Growth and Analytics to identify friction points in user journeys and move key metrics like conversion and liquidity.
• Lead education, community, and influencer (KOL) programs to build confidence among betting audiences entering web3.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in prediction markets, sports betting, gambling, or sports tech.
• Proven success leading complex product launches and lifecycle programs with measurable results.
• Ability to simplify complex products into clear narratives that resonate with market-oriented users.
• Analytical and experiment-minded approach to using data for decision-making.
• Genuine curiosity or experience with web3, DeFi, or onchain user behavior.
