What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day project engagement, own and lead projects and workstreams independently with agile mindset and ownership of deliverables and timelines.
  • Deliver high-quality work directly and through others, directing and elevating team output.
  • Manage client relationships strategically, commercially and operationally.
  • Lead strategic new business proposals, pitches, and scoping.
  • Participate in creative thinking, strategic recommendations, client meetings, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with hirify.global and WPP businesses for integrated engagements.
  • Contribute to knowledge base, thought leadership, mentoring, and team development.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in consulting, relevant strategy or client-side strategy roles.
  • Proven track record leading complex, high-impact client engagements with commercial outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in growth, brand and commercial strategy, blending creative thinking and rigorous analysis.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and visual storytelling skills for compelling narratives.
  • Practical fluency with AI tools (LLMs, synthetic audiences, rapid prototyping) and ability to articulate AI's strategic value.
  • Confident presence with senior stakeholders, proactive, adaptable, collaborative team builder.

  • Sector experience across FMCG, F&B, logistics, telco, tech and B2B.
