Focus on end-to-end ownership from discovery and research to design, launch, iteration, A/B testing, and optimization while balancing user needs and business goals.

Location: Remote-first company with offices in New York City, Belo Horizonte, and São Paulo. Employees across the United States and Brazil. In-person events throughout the year for bonding and alignment.

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of commerce experiences, including checkout flows, payment systems, fraud prevention, and Stripe integration.
• Conduct research to uncover user needs and inform what to build.
• Advocate for users while aligning with business goals.
• Own work from idea to launch: sketch, test, iterate, and optimize via experiments and A/B tests.
• Communicate clearly, share work early, and collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams across US and Brazil.
• Evaluate performance and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years shipping product design work on a team.
• Solid visual design fundamentals: consistency, color, typography, responsive layouts.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering.
• Comfort working within existing design systems.
• Hypothesis-driven curiosity.
• Excellent English skills.
• A portfolio with real case studies.

Nice to have

• Growth-stage company experience ($10MM–$100MM ARR).
