What you will do

• Contribute to the vision and design strategy connecting customer and business value.
• Develop simplified, intuitive, and responsive user experiences for complex B2B/B2C operations across web and mobile.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaborative ideation sessions and drive alignment across product and engineering teams.
• Lead customer research sessions, including interviews, rapid prototyping, and data synthesis.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, contributing optimized components and patterns.
• Leverage AI tools to augment design processes for improved efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time experience in a Product Design role.
• Expert proficiency with the Figma suite (including FigJam and FigmaMake).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, Interaction, and Responsive design.
• Experience working with design systems and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Ability to navigate technical constraints and business logic between frontend and backend systems.
• Must be based in or able to work in Heredia, Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the Healthcare domain.
