What you will do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
- Oversee organic social media strategy, posting, engagement, and content calendar.
- Monitor performance metrics like lead generation, cost per lead, and ROI.
- Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and budget optimization.
- Provide performance reports with insights and recommendations; collaborate on growth goals.
Requirements
- 3-5 years managing paid ad campaigns and social media.
- Experience working with US-based businesses is required; law firm marketing preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads; track record in ROAS and lead generation.
- Experience managing organic social media for businesses.
- Strong written/verbal English; comfortable with video calls.
- Willingness to learn client-specific systems.
