What you will do

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword research, A/B ad testing, bid strategy management, and daily performance monitoring.
• Collaborate on technical SEO implementation, audits, and tool usage like Semrush.
• Build and maintain centralized tracking systems using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and UTM structures.
• Clean data processes, integrate sources, and produce weekly performance reports tying marketing to revenue.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking setup.
• Experience building centralized tracking systems and marketing dashboards.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Solid understanding of data hygiene and marketing attribution models.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
