What you will do

• Negotiate price and terms for both government and commercial contracts.
• Analyze customer terms and conditions to ensure acceptability and consistency.
• Prepare and submit proposal and quote responses, including transmittal letters.
• Maintain active communication with customer procurement officials and buyers.
• Administer assigned contracts, manage support files, and generate non-hardware billings.
• Coordinate the submission of technical and hardware licenses and data items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in contract administration.
• Ability to respond to medium-complexity FFP commercial requests for quotes.
• Experience leading negotiations to protect company interests.
• US citizenship is required due to U.S. Government contractual requirements.
• Ability to handle sensitive company data and adhere to U.S. Government export control regulations (ITAR).
